I have just made Costco's Maine Lobster Raviolis and added two handfuls of fresh organic spinach. After boiling and straining, tossed gently with Big Paw Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a hint of Big Paw Truffle Salt and pecorino romano cheese- Wowza!!! I love all of your olive oils!

I purchased my first bottle of Big Paw Olive Oil at the Oakland Farmers Market when I visited 3 years ago. Then, my daughter sent me a second bottle when I ran out. I am now ordering 2 bottles, plus other goodies because I am out again. Such an amazing flavor, it makes meats, fish and veggies taste so much better. Great quality!
