Drain Master RV & Marine

I absolutely love Drain Master's electronic dump valves that I installed on my Motorhome. In my opinion they are a "must-have" for any RVer, (unless you only boondock). Once you've set up your dump hose outside, when you need to dump either gray or black tanks, you just push the gray or black button inside the coach and that's it. No going outside in the cold or rain and ducking under the slides or coach to pull the levers and then wait there until they are dumped. Just push a button inside! But my biggest reason for writing this review is the TRULY OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from Drain Master. You may be able to find electronic dump valves made by other folks, but you will not find the quality after-purchase service I have received from Drain Master. We live in our coach full-time, so our dump valves get a lot of use. I had a problem with the on/off light on one of the valves 3 years after purchase - I called Drain Master, and they sent me a new valve at no charge! Amazing! Outstanding product and outstanding customer service. Thank you Drain Master.

WOW what can I say, Cheryl Ann and Sharyl both went above and beyond in helping me with my order. The numerous times that UPS managed to mess things up from never getting the first overnight to me on time to the 2nd one being sent to new York to personally delivering it too UPS to insure it was sent to me the next day. They were in constant contact with me threw the whole delivery nightmare until I received the item then to top it off UPS agreed to reimburse me and never did, so they took the money out of their business account to reimburse me. I can’t say enough positive things about this company and the owners other then I will inform all my friends in the RV world if they want to make life easy and upgrade their drainage systems with electric valves this is the company to do it with. I bought two double switch valves and let me say it has made life soo much easier now that I don’t have to go outside to dump my grey and black tanks. I just touch a button inside and I’m done easy as 1,2,3. If you’re thinking about upgrading to electric valves I HIGHLY RECOMAND DRAIN MASTER. Again thank you so much for all you did in assisting me

One of their products is installed in my RV. I emailed the company regarding a problem I had unknowingly created. They were very prompt with a response offering a couple of suggestions for how to resolve the issue. Their recommendation worked which saved me time, money and frustration. They genuinely care about their customers.
