They cancel my reservation 30 minutes before. I asked to talk to the manager and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and they never answered me. I call From another phone and the manager answered me right away. Worse service.

Jake is awesome, Company needs to work on their structure, but I know Jake is a great asset for them, since he was at the lake Elsinore location right at the beginning of covid he always went above and beyond, he is the man to get things resolved, thank you Jake!!! You make a difference for this company thank you!!!

This is just a general review for Hertz they get you in all kinds of ways if your car is a day late then they charge you your deposit and day to rent it and then when they fail to tell you that you have to return it to the same place that you picked it up from and it's going to cost you an extra $300. These people are they charge more than a car payment for a day.
