image Some of the worst customer service you will get. Adam the sales representative is a lair and doesnt keep his word on anything he said. I was told I could bring my truck to any GM dealer in the country to bring it for repairs or issues I had with the truck once I bought the truck with the warranty. Which I even have in his writing on paper that says I could go to any GM Dealer for service when we were working on pricing. Turns out the truck had an exhausted leak and a broken wiper pump. Tried to bring it to my local GM dealer and was told that I couldnt do that. Called Healdsburg Chevy and talked to Adam and a service manger and they both told me they could do nothing for me and I had to drive 1 1/2 hours back to Healdsburg to get it fixed. I scheduled an appointment with the service department and took my truck back up there (had to miss part of work so I could bring my truck up there) and told me they couldnt fix it today because they didnt have time and they thought it would be faster to do. So I had to make another appointment and go all the way back to Healdsburg AGAIN. I was told I could bring my truck back on Sunday so I didnt have to miss work and pick up on Monday after work. The service guy said I would have a rental car waiting for me when I dropped it off when though the service department was closed and he was going to make it work for me. I drive up there on Sunday AGAIN and they dont have a rental car for me. The manager on site had no answer for me and could care less about what Ive experienced. They were able to send someone to pick up and drop off my truck the next day (which should have happened from the start!). After all that Ive been waiting for my front license plate because the truck was missing that, I was told it was coming in the mail and being sent to my house after I bought the truck. I just called about it and no one has any idea about it. I talked to the girl who does the title, who was the first person who is genuinely nice and upfront about whats going on and is getting it sent now. Every reason you want to buy a car from the dealership is every reason to not buy your car here. Not worth the hassle and you can find a better place to buy car. So disappointed.

They have literally called me 15 times and I have told them every time take my name off the list Im no longer in the market and then I get yet another phone call. When I told them to stop calling me and take my name off the list the gentleman calling Was extremely rude when I told him to take my name off her list. I told him if they didnt stop calling me I was going to give them a one star review and then he hung up on me so heres your one star review

image The worst service experience Ive ever had.
After a 60K oil change on March 21, my service advisor John Cox did not inform me of a major engine oil leak. After paying for the oil change in the morning, thinking everything was fine, I went to work. Then I looked at the visual vehicle inspection report attached on the back of the receipt and found out the major oil leak was noted. After calling the service department and asking what's going on, the receptionist said someone will call back. John called the next day on March 22 and said that the vehicle needs to be checked elsewhere as Healdsburg Chevrolet cannot identify the source of the oil leak. He did not recommend anyone else who could.
I called a couple of auto repair shops to try to find someone who could identify the cause of the leak. Earliest day it could be looked at was Wednesday, March 27 at Cloverdale Automotive & Tires. They found a main oil leak from the engine oil pan and slight engine oil leak from valve cover. I cannot understand why Healdsburg Chevrolet could not clean the area around the leak and identify the cause of the leak.
Cloverdale Automotive drained the engine oil, removed engine oil pan from engine, cleaned gasket material from engine oil pan and engine oil block, cleaned engine oil pan, applied sealant to engine oil pan, and reinstalled engine oil pan, removed and replaced engine oil filter, filled engine oil and coolant to capacity, road tested the vehicle and rechecked for leaks. As it turned out, I ended up paying for two oil changesfirst at Healdsburg Chevrolet and the second at Cloverdale Automotive.
If I had known about the major engine oil leak, I would not have paid for the oil change which needed to be done again at another shop once the leak was fixed. So I plan to dispute the oil change charge unless Healdsburg Chevrolet decides to refund the charge to my credit card.
In addition to the above problem, Healdsburg Chevrolet had an outdated mailing address for me on their records. I asked John to update my address, but he advised me to do so next time Im in.
I continue to receive email reminders for service for two vehicles which I no longer own. Healdsburg Chevrolet still has these on their records. I asked John to remove them, but he said he could not remove them unless they were sold to other owners. If I tell Healdsburg Chevrolet that I no longer own these vehicles, Healdsburg Chevrolet should be able to remove them.
On April 2, this review was sent to Healdsburg Chevrolet as per their email reminder to tell them about my service experience. As of April 10, nobody has contacted me.
Also, my car needs additional repair work done soon, so I called them on April 9 to ask about the extended warranty which I purchased at McConnell Chevrolet on October 4, 2019. Their finance manager Rocky said the warranty is probably good for 60 months or 60K miles, but he could not find any more warranty information because of their recent merger. He advised me to find my own paperwork for the warranty. I cannot find the paperwork. I should be able to rely on the dealer to have the warranty record. As a consequence of the dealer losing the warranty info, I probably cannot have the repairs covered. Since I have been unable to get a hold of your service department every time I call and I get transferred to a voicemail, please contact me to go over the terms of my warranty contract.
I have tried many times to get some help with these issues and have not been able to get any help. Therefore, I have decided to post this review publicly. I have bought three vehicles from this dealer but will not buy here again unless this dealer makes all of these problems right.
