Just called to see if they have any vehicles available and the lady said no we do not and hung up on me. Rude smh.

The car I rented had electrical issues and it was not safe for me to drive. I went to Hertz so they can exchange the car and they refuse to do so. They also refused to take the car back. So Im stuck with paying for every day that I do not drive. The Fremont location is closed on the weekends. This is not the right way to do business. I have given them thousands of dollars of my business and this is how they treat the customers. This is a very shameful company. They have put me and my passengers life in danger by giving me a car that is not properly functional. They are five stars when it comes to collecting the money from the customers But they are zero stars when it comes to doing the right thing and helping the customers. I am very, very disappointed how this was handled.

Please stay away from this store. Worst customer in the whole system. They even don't want to listen or try to understand our situation. What she wants is to hang up as soon as possible.

They didnt honour our reservation and asked us to pay extra for the only car that was available. We had to make last minute changes to our trip. Very inconvenient and highly dissatisfied.
