        Terrible customer service!! Shutting down my account, never willing to help out or do anything for a customer! I was told I could get new Christmas money over the phone and when I went to buy it or order it one lady was about to do it for me and the other one stopped her and said no we dont do that anymore! What a B!! And was very rude about it like I was trying to steal from them or something

        These people are so rude! Ive never had such a bad experience with a bank. I went to Chase right down the street and they were pleasant and friendly. The tellers at this Wells Fargo have consistently been rude to me and my family members. Glad we all closed our accounts with them and bank with Chase and US!!

        Every single time I come in there is a huge line to the front door. Higher more people or stop cleaning or doing other duties when customers are here!! Sick of it!
