Abercrombie clothing is good quality. ... I love Abercrombie! Their clothes are high quality, trendy, cool, and well-made.My kids wear their sweatpants all the time. So comfy:)The customer service in Glendale Galleria is great.The staff is super friendly and their Manager Meline is very sweet and professional.Bravo

so my gf has to pick up a package from this place so we go to the "Ordered Online? Cut the line and pick up here" sign that was under a register with no one there. Its cool we wait for abit and expect the lady at the other register to help us. Nah she probably blind so she calls another employee to work the register where we were at. She ends up helping another employee and ignores us standing there. But its cool my glasses fog up too sometimes so it must have been that. Or they were probably still training with no supervision. Check yo employees homie.

Store is small but they usually have what I need. The hours on Yelp is incorrect. I hope they edit to the right hours soon. I only shop here if there's a sale going on. Other than that, I feel like the prices are way too high for kids clothes.

I used to work for Gilly Hicks back in the days when I was in college so I'm very familiar with the A&F company. I called this location because I am a really small female for being 25 haha. So yesssss, I absolutely buy my jeans from here or TopShop! I called to inquire about a pair of girlfriend jeans and the lady on the phone was super pleasant. Instead of being the average A&F employee and say "yeah, we have them. Just come in" she went out of her way to check what size I was looking for. She was more than helpful. They didn't have the size I was looking for but she said they ran a little big so I should try a smaller size. I came in later that day and found the perfect size.

This store may have good quality clothes, but the service is terrible. What kind of workers are they hiring here? I will definitely never go back to this store as long as that Daniella works there. Please let me know when she gets fired. She was excessively rude to me and I don't not appreciate that and no one else will. I am extremely disappointed because this was one of my favorite stores to shop at and I will never return
