We received a gift from our friends for our toddler and unfortunately it was too small so we went and tried to exchange it within the exchange timeframe. We were truly amazed by the attitude we got when asked to exchange. The attendant was rude and did not want to help in any way and pointed on the 0-12 months rack and told us we can only chose from there even after explaining that we are there because we needed something for 18 months. Both myself and my wife came from the retail garment business and we were left stunned by the way we were treated.  After a long discussion the lady at the store stated that she can't help us and will not call her boss to try to help further. We are familiar with our options as a consumer and this review is only the beginning of this journey.We will be contacting the mall management and the bureau of consumer protection. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT STEP A FOOT THERE.

I was there last week choosing an outfit for my nephew and the worker was super helpful. She was very patient and pleasant. The store in general is very very cute with many beautiful selections. The people that work there make a big difference, Vicki or Vicka was honestly very sweet.

I was at the Sherman oaks location last week to get last minute clothing for my kids. The employee there by the name of Hermine was really kind and helpful she helped me pick out the cutest clothing for my kids. I was really pleased with her customer service she was very sweet and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone because she was really helpful and the sizes she gave me was perfect for my kids. Thank you so much for everything.
