I call to follow my ordered on march 17,2023 around 3:34 pm and the lady answered the phone is very rude I tried to explain it to her that's my order supposed to be arrive march 16,2023 ,and I just wanted to follow up ,your unprofessional customer service is very rude she doesn't want me to talk or keep telling that she can't help me regarding my online order,which makes me more mad is she keep interrupting me while I am talking. Pls be aware ordered to there Website cause no one will help you if regarding your orders.

This is by far most worse childrens company I have dealt with they charge your account and send you an email with a delivery date and when I check the status of the shipment I noticed it's still saying a label is being created this is after 6 days have gone by. I called today which should of been the delivery date and now they are saying they have till 11-16 for delivery and they are refusing to cancelled the order. They will not give me my refund until then. Will never be purchasing online with them any longer. And this is speaking to a supervisor.
