Beware and do not waste your time taking your car there for service for any type of warranty work. If there was an option of no stars, thats what Ive wouldve given them. I have a certified pre-owned Chrysler warranty, at the time of the sale which was only two weeks ago, that everything is covered, bumper-to-bumper just like a new car warranty, however when you take it in to this dealership for service, they charge you diagnosing time. They tried to get me to sign a $700 ticket to diagnose a few items like oil leak or transmission issues which are 100% covered under warranty. I called another Chrysler dealer, they told me that there is no need to sign for any diagnosing time, everything would be under warranty. I am taking the vehicle to another dealer and will be calling Chrysler to file a complaint about this dealership. Horrible customer service.
