      image Booked an appointment and it turned out a complete waste of time. I showed up 10 mins before my 30 min appointment and all they kept saying was that I need to wait as their bankers were busy. Meanwhile, half of their bankers were busy chitchatting inside and only come out to help tellers and other half busy with previous appointments. Whats the point of having 30 minutes appointments when you cater to a few customers for an hour and dont even have time to talk to other appointments. Its like, they dont even care about your time even though you trust them with your money.
