UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! As a follow up to my earlier review, Ive unfortunately been left as an unhappy customer. Ignacio has failed to address and/or return my balance due of close to $200 for an incomplete order. I placed an order for 72 units where Promogator has only fulfilled 48 units, to date. Further, it appears that my account has been suspended so that I can no longer submit a request to complete the remaining order and my phone number now appears to be blocked so Im unable to successfully reach anyone at this business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BUSINESS. They were more than eager to take my money but are now unwilling to supply me with a refund for an incomplete order. Ive since reported this business to the BBB for further review and investigation.

They are super on point through the whole process. The user portal is easy to use and helps me keep track of the project as it's produced.
