Working with TBF was a breeze and with their immediate customer service responding to any email questions I had prior to ordering and during the production process was swift and much appreciated (within an hour I received a response each time during the work week). As well, the quality of the canvas bags I ordered and had customized were as I hoped, sturdy, supple and highly functional. I recommend highly TBF if you are looking for a trusted company that will work with you to ensure you receive the custom totes you are looking for.

Reasonable pricing, but print quality was below average. The sales rep had said my totes would be digitally printed, however this was not clearly communicated to the art department. To my surprise the totes were screen printed - which is fine, except more than half had smudged prints. I documented my unboxing and sent the poor examples to the sales rep, and they basically blamed it on my design and that digital printing would have been better suited. Which is what I wanted in the first place!
There were no refunds for the poor prints, not even partial. Now im stuck with poor printed tote bags that I cannot sell. Now, if this was for fundraising or another event, then the print quality being poor wouldn't be a big deal. But as a small business owner I cannot sell poor printed totes to my customers, so im disappointed that tote bag factory isn't keeping that same standard
There seems to be a disconnected between sales, art team, and printing team. And there definitely needs to be a quality check team to prevent these mistakes.

We were amazed at the ease of ordering bags with a logo! Our company was concerned with ordering a quality item, at a reasonable price point and a clear image imprint. ToteBagFactory delivered! They also delivered under a time constraint we thought might be impossible. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! We have already decided on the next bags we will order.

So happy with my bags! Turned out even better than I expected. I ordered custom totes and their team was responsive and easy to work with. Be aware that processing time takes 3-5 weeks but after that they shipped super quickly.
