We ordered custom bags for our destination wedding. The bags arrived several days late (after the wedding). The company refused a refund and now we are stuck with a product we have no use for and a pretty large bill.

The company is good but the managers and their foresight and the leaders are disgusting. I worked there for a year and the supervisor Frank did not want to take me for the company and told me that I was a bad apple but he only takes care of his family and friends. friends who are cholos from his band, how he discriminates against people, he looks at you like someone from another class
