Gentle Endo of OC

I highly recommend Dr. Cristine and Gentle Endo. I have been to many Dennis and Dr. Christine is one of the best. She explains everything thoroughly, spent time with me to make sure i understood. She made my fears go away as she explained everything. She could have given me a root canal but advised me on an alternate route which did not benefit her. I would recommend her extremely highly to my family or anyone that needs dental work (Root canal).

Gentle Endo is a very fitting name for Dr. Christine's office. Dr. Christine is such a sweetheart that I had a wonderful experience despite having to do a root canal.She really takes her time to explain everything clearly from the pricing, the condition of the tooth, the process, to the aftercare. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole root canal procedure. I did not feel any pain whatsoever.

I was referred to Dr. Christine for consultation regarding a reinfection of a tooth that had previously had a root canal treatment (The original treatment was done by my old dentist and I looked elsewhere for treatment when they wouldn't examine my issues seriously).However, Dr. Christine was very thorough. The first visit consisted of x-rays and examination of the possible issues. Dr. Christine then presented me with the different options I had available and all of the different possible outcomes. I didn't feel any pressure when making a choice, I decided to go with a retreatment to see if that could eliminate my issue, if not it would mean getting the tooth extracted. With the 2nd visit (actual operation), Dr. Christine and her team did a very thorough job and I felt at ease. The root canal treatment felt much better than the first time I had gone through it. From there I waited two weeks on my follow up appointment to see if things improved. During the 3rd visit, we found that the situation improved, but the issue wasn't completely resolved so in the end I only did a partial retreatment. Though the retreatment didn't resolve the issue, Dr. Christine and her team did what they could given the situation. If I ever need to get another root canal treatment done, I would most definitely come back to Gentle Endo.Also, the visit during COVID was less nerve-wracking as they did screening, had procedures in place, and didn't have additional patients in the office (compared to my old dentist).

Dr. Christine is the best - so much so that I truly wish she was my general dentist. She wants nothing but the best for you and your teeth. She explains everything thoroughly and is extremely patient and gentle with the procedure. She is knowledgeable, honest, and so, SO very kind. Thank you, Dr. Christine!!
