West View Endodontics

I was referred here by my dentist to retreat an old root canal.  The front office staff was great, getting me in ASAP and being sympathetic to the horrible pain I was in. I saw Dr. Garrett and he couldn't have been better. My situation required two visits, but I was pain free within two days of the first visit. I highly recommend the 3D x-ray. It is not covered by insurance but completely worth the cost ($175 for me). It provided the doctor with a detailed view of the tooth not possible with a conventional x-ray. How else could he know precisely how to treat me, without any prior records?Dr. Garrett was extremely pleasant and professional, and very concerned for my comfort. The entire process was less painful than some cavities I've had filled, and I found myself falling asleep through some of the procedure! If you need a root canal and are putting it off for fear of the pain, don't be. Take care of yourself knowing that a root canal does not have to be scary. Really!  Thank you to Dr. Garrett and the entire staff!

I was referred here for a root canal and am sure the doctors are great but the person answering the home was incredibly rude I had called when they opened and the woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She seemed really annoyed that I had called to make an appointment. When I told her what the dentist had referred me for she offered an appointment the same day. I work in healthcare too and it's hard for me to take time off. She didn't seem to really care that my schedule was limited and was condescending when speaking to me. I went elsewhere for my root canal because I felt very uncomfortable with how I was treated over the phone. It may be worth it to invest in kinder staff to answer your phones

After spiders my biggest phobia is needles. I have seen several dentists in the past but have NEVER met anyone like Dr. Garrett. I did not feel the injection at all! Hands down he is by far just the most amazing Dr I have ever met. He explains the procedure very clearly. I feel blessed i met him!

Let's start by stating who wants to have a root canal.. let alone occurring during a stay at home pandemic. I was referred to west view Endodontics and Dr Lies was amazing. He was compassionate, understanding and made the situation very manageable. The staff was very kind and easy to work with. Thank you!!
