My cousin unfortunately had to be here. As for many of us in the family we did not appreciate the business whatsoever. I am unsure as to why my family was not able to see our loved one. I know at Lisle Funeral Home once our loved one had arrived, the body would be placed in the proper way & we were able to see our loved one before being buried. This was not the case here it really hurt us all knowing our loved one was not properly taken care of. I am surprised by the reviews. It is very small will not hold more than 50 people. Wooden seats are very hard. Parking is not down a whole a block. Its very limited as well. My family wanted to purchase their own casket in which they were not able to. My cousin had to be placed in a rental casket. My cousin was not dressed, given a bath, nothing. He was placed in a body bag the same body bag from the time he was picked up from the hospital to the morgue. Places like this in the rental casket. We all wanted our loved one to have an immediate transfer to Lisle Funeral Home. Unfortunately we had to stick to this funeral home. Lisle Funeral Home has exceptional service & compassion for your loved ones. This funeral home is very unprofessional & unorganized. No motorcyclists were not provided to drive my cousin in the streets. The tall white lady is very rude & you can tell she was upset. Not very pleasant in a time of our loved ones service. All I can say is please do not come here. Please have your services for your loved one at Lisle Funeral Home where they is so much compassion & sympathy not only for your loved one but for all the family.

Did not put on death certificate what we agreed to instead Lisa put on it what my uncle wanted who is her friend she has no integrity and now says she cant redo the death certificate which may be true but why would you put information on it that was not cleared by his children just to appease a friend I would not trust family members here and wish I could send my father somewhere else there has been hold ups constantly because she was working with my uncle instead of us his daughters

My mother and now my fiance had been cremated there..We all need to know these places are very busy and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to have done..They did keep in touch with his son when was finished..So plan a month or 2 for memorial sevices...I came to find out though all my grieving...The necklace I ordered has still to be done with his finger print and holds little ashes..He passed June 16th 2023..I hope it's done b4 his memorial July 29th,I'll call... Makes me sad on my mom's they had an memorial site with her name that ppl can give condolences, plant trees and order flowers...I cannot find my fiance obituary on the site and I'd love to have put on...It helped with my grieving and got to put memories of pictures there... I pray they put him up so I can go to it..Steven Paul Whertley my love...

I've used Yost & Webb for my mother in 2007, my sister in 2009 and last week, for my 41-year-old son. Each time I've done business with them, it was completely professional, comfortable and they listen to your situation. They provide on their website an obituary that you can write and include a color pic of your lived one - at no extra cost. They provide the death certificate so you don't have to go downtown to get it. They are the last locally owned funeral home not connected to a nationwide company. They are an asset to their profession.
