William at the Neptune society of Fresno is very easy to work with. He knows his business, and makes dealing with difficult situations much more doable! I would recommend their services as they are courteous, understanding, and affordable. Thank you William!

Thank the Good Lord for Neptune and William!  After a disaster of an ordeal at Boice,  William did in 5 days that Boice never did in a month. Please see my review for Boice and read how devastated we were until we met William.   Our beloved matriarch is finally HOME.  Thanks Soooo Much William. You are sensitive, caring and dignified, just what our family Needed!  Thank you forever from our family.

My Dad passed exactly 1 month ago today. Neptune has been such an outstanding help to me. Matt is professional and at the top of his game. Helped my with Dad's obituary, saving me $$$$ from posting at Fresno Bee. Helpful with timing and with death certificate issues involving the Fresno Health Dept. HIGHLY recommend them!

The Neptune Society on Shaw here in Fresno pulled the wrong file on a dead man, they pulled my file and informed the Dept. Of Social Security that I am dead. This screw up has turned my life upside down, a nightmare to say the least. I spoke to a secretary 2 days ago and she said the she would have the manager call me that day. No phone call as yet and when we call to speak to the manager, she says that he is business.All of my V.A. Benefits are gone, Social Security is gone, Retirement Pension is gone, V.A. Healthcare is gone, Kaiser Permanente Healthcare is gone and finally, my income is gone.Trying to correct this is a nightmare when to people who created this mess won't even call you back or notify S.S. and let them know that they made a mistake. If there is an attorney out there who would like to handle a Lawsuit  against The Neptune Society for me please let me know.
