CVS

Called in to ask about status of my prescription. The CVS person on the phone answered in a rude tone that they were still working on the prescription. Not good customer service!

Best staff!! Bobby is my favorite pharmacist of all time! He's very knowledgeable, always willing to help guide you through issues and give suggestions if needed.  Staff remembers your name and although they are busy strive to do their best! Keep up the good work guys!!

Thankful to have found a CVS pharmacy that genuinely cares about its customers. Pharmacist Bobby and all of the pharmacy techs are very helpful and kind.I have had a lot of difficulty with another nearby CVS over the last few years (Herndon/Millburn), and was going to take my business to a different pharmacy chain, but decided to give this one a try first. I am so happy I did. We have filled more than 10 prescriptions at this store, and each time has been a pleasant experience. The staff have gone out of their way to help when issues arose (with the way the Dr wrote the prescription, the copay card etc), and didn't once make me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them. They are an example for other pharmacies!
