Don't bother with the online appointment system or use it then call to make a REAL appointment.
I arrived 5 min early and was told "sorry, you're scheduled during the girl's dinner break, you can come back in an hour if you want."
They have an in-store system and don't use that online stuff.

This is the second time that I have taken my mom to this pharmacy for vaccines and have had to wait well over an hour! What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait forever anyway. My mom is on oxygen because of health issues and today when I told the pharmacist that she only had about 45 minutes left on her battery, we were still brushed off by her for another 15 minutes. There was no one else waiting for vaccines during that time. Then she had the nerve to tell us to make an appointment next time to which I informed her that my mom had a 4 o’clock appointment to which she responded with oh. I didn’t know that. It was5:15 by the time she finally got her flu shot. No apology for anything. I will not be taking her back there and would not recommend taking seniors with health issues to this pharmacy. Way too much hassle and way too much confusion on their end
