S & B Telecom has been servicing my Professional Business over 10 years.The company / Kevin has always been responsive whenever there is an issue with the phone system (Day/Nights/Weekends). I have always preferred dealing with a smaller company whenever possible because of the personalize service and generally one-on-one type interaction vs. dealing w/ sales reps/tech/etc... Silver and Black/Kevin promises and delivers on that promise. I am grateful for his integrity and honesty which is so hard to find these days.

Silver and Black Telecom has worked with my agency for a few years now and has helped us downgrade as well as upgrade our telecom systems. Providing ergonomic solutions and being honest about pricing and the needs that best suit OUR company needs not THEIR sales quota. They have handled multiple issues for us as well as handling phone issues that even when they found it wasn't their equipment hustled the telephone carrier to step up and fix the issues in a timely manor. As an Ambulance company any interruption in service could mean a life in jeopardy and this staff has made sure in the 10 years plus we've been doing business together we haven't lost one yet! Use these guys its worth it!

I had Silver & Black Telecom install a new phone system, they replaced all the phone & internet  wiring in the building for my business. If you had seen the wring mess (mess is being very very nice I might add) that Silver & Black Telecom had to deal with from the last company that wired the building. I can say now it night & day, I could not have asked for a more detail company to work with. They had to pop tiles in the ceiling and it is so dirty up there, run wires down walls & cut in new outlet hole in some of the wall, when they left you would have never known some was there. Sure wish the furniture installs were as clean & picked up like Silver & Black Telecom.     Great company to work with.
