I just left T-Mobile looking on argonaut way. I went to help for my 14 Pro Max was told my the short guy with glasses and tatts that he couldnt help me at all. He wouldnt look at my phone,, told me that I had to go into Apple. The guy was not helpful at all. Worst customer service Ive had since Ive been with T-Mobile for the last 10 yearsNot satisfied

I would highly recommend to speak with someone from customer service before ever visiting this store again. The young gentleman with the glasses and tattoos who helped me was no help at all I went in with the intention of upgrading my line and adding another device to my account and left feeling like I was being rushed to leave and judged based on my appearance and my lack of credit line I was not good enough or worth the time to be helped out. I rather not ask to speak to a manager because at the end of the day everyone needs a job to pay bills it would just be nice if all employees would go above and beyond and actually make you feel like a valued customer but because of the lack of a credit line like i said I wasnt worth the time or worth the effort to see what options where available to me.
