Nonsense, have to get on a waiting list to assist on credit card application, no teller ask for assistance and we went to the manager office and they gave us that nonsense! I guess they don't want our business

Theres absolutely no reason that a bank should have only one teller between the hours of 3pm and 5pm. The service is absolutely horrible by no fault of the tellers. You guys are running your customers away in the Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana area! Glad I left years ago. DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!!!

If there were zero stars, that's what I would've given. Every time I come to this branch there's only two tellers and the line is out the door. I waited for 30 minutes and decided to close my personal and two business accounts. The lady infront of me said she had already been there 10 minutes before me and she was closing her accounts dues to the long waits and of issues she has been having with Wellsfargo.I don't have time to deal with this.I have a business to run I can't spend all day in the bank. I understand staffing issues, but the manager needs to get up and help when you see long lines out the doors and customers waiting more than 30 minutes. US Bank and Citi Bank are so much faster. You lost a long time, customer.

Line of 3 took more than 20 minutes! Seems like nobody works here! 1 teller and 1 person supervising ouch!
