    Dignity Health Imaging impressed me on my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. The office was clean, comfortable, and easy to locate. I would recommend Dignity Health Imaging to anyone in need of imaging services, not only for their expertise, but more importantly for their personal care. My visit was a testament to their commitment to patient well-being, and I am truly grateful for their outstanding service.

    Tech did a good job doing the ultrasound but she refused to remove her mask so I could read her lips since I'm deaf. We asked her too and she claimed she couldn't but rely on my fiance to relay what she says to me making things more complicated. What if I came along? Lost? Not understanding nothing. She broke that ADA policy of not helping me with communication.

    This is by far the worst hospital with the worst staff that Ive ever run across. Ive been trying to schedule a MRI. They dont have a staff that does that because they are all out sick. Nobodys covering so when you call oh you do is get a answering machine you leave a message they dont return your call because theres nobody there. Dont bother with this facility.

    My son is autistic(5) so getting his first imaging was nerve wracking to say the least due to walk ins for x-rays I came in right before 9 to almost empty waiting room, a nice receptionist and even nicer tech. All super understanding making a super easy experience out within 26 minutes and successful image. THANK YOU.
