My first visit was not what expected. I thought I was going to start off paying all kinds of treatment for my face. My first visit exceeded way beyond my expectations. I saw the NP Parul and she was so nice and very informative. She explained that I need to control my acne first before going to any type of skin resurfacing. I really appreciate her honesty and did not feel pressured in anyway. I followed her recommendations and even did a little Botox. She was very gentle and kind. I forgot the front desk receptionist but she was just as awesome. I must this is a place I absolutely feel comfortable with even referring my mom here. I will return here for all my skin care needs. Thank you so much for your compassion.

During all of my visits to Skin 360 every experience has been wonderful, and I continue to receive the same high level of customer service and treatment as if I am a new customer walking in to the office for the first time. Jessica is very knowledgeable and amazing to work with and makes you feel so comfortable during your treatments. Can’t wait to see you ladies in a few weeks!

The nurse practitioner and RN are good and professional, but I experienced ptosis after Botox treatment, and it wore off in 2 months. I am a medical professional who have long experience with Botox injections myself, but not working in this setting currently. I believe they diluted Botox which shouldn't be done any more. I had Botox treatment many times that and never had this reaction. I am not going back anymore.
