It took me awhile to find a health care provider I can trust and actually listens to the patient. With Laura Galindo she makes you feel heard right off the bat. I asked questions and voiced my concerns and she had answers and recommendations right then and there. I am so glad I stumbled across MyNP. Also the front office was nice, he was quick, you would think there was a team of 10.

Going through a hiring process and one of the first times doing a medical. I was stressed but Laura and her team made the process so smooth and easy to go through. They explained everything well and were extremely professional. They seem to care about their clients and I would highly recommend MyNP.

Ms. Galindo was so helpful to us! My daughter got the dreadful pink eye, and when I called her pediatrician, they couldnt even get her in for an appointment. Therefore, we couldnt get the medicine that we needed. They recommended us to go to urgent care. Instead, I reached out to My NP and Lauren was able to get on a virtual appointment with us and send the prescription over to CVS within the hour! 24 hours later no more eye boogers for my little princess! Thank you so much for the amazing care and service!
