Best rates! I was really upset with final price of renting a car with Budget car rental. It was 200$ higher than I have expected. Enterprise has the best rates, even if we talk about full coverage. I definitely recommend to book a car online and try their You click We pick option. I got Ford Edge for the comfort class payment!

The customer service was fast and excellent. I was able to get a car the same day I requested one. Everyone in the office was great, polite, and professional. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review is due to cleanliness of the car I was given. It was quite dirty on the inside of the car with trash even being left in it. The front office was very receptive to my concern and apologized.

I rented a car from them over Easter weekend because I flew in from out of state for a family members funeral. I dropped the car off Easter day after hours. The very next morning I realized my son had left his Nintendo DS in the seat back. I called around 10:30 as soon as we had realized. They claimed that the cleaning team didn't find it. I asked him to please check again. They put me on hold and came back and said that they had already rented the car out. For a company who prides themselves in their cleanliness and state that they clean every surface they either stole the Nintendo or they don't actually clean the cars like they state. I called the lost and damaged corporate office but they refuse to help me and informed me that I just needed to contact a location who also was not willing to help in the other way. So beware and make sure that you leave absolutely nothing in the vehicles.
