U.S. Bank Branch

Worst Bank and Branch in the whole US. Branch manager Shihan doesn't know anything, long waiting on the phone and in the Branch! poor customer service! Poor mobile banking and their app not working well! At all, I suggest to everyone close their account with this Old none sense bank like I did and open a new account with another bank. I am so happy to close all my accounts and my credits with US Bank and this Branch!

Great location. The bankers here are friendly and quick. I love the drive thru, as well.

Worse bank ever, I have a new born baby I went to go make a deposit, the machine had an error, or never deposited my money, nor did my money ever come back out the machine, a receipt was given to me. With error stating to call the 1800 number I call the 1800 they took my statement the. Told me it can take up to 3 business days for them to provision my account ok. It's been almost a week still have not gotten my fund back into my account or a credit. I called this bank where I made the deposit they told me that the person that handles their atm machine is out on family leave, the back office told me they were waiting on the branch to draw the atm for them to deposit my money. It's not fair that I have to wait anytime for my hard working money to be given back to me nor should I have to wait 3 to 7 days for a provision. I have tried to call corporate to deal with this issue but of course they do not have a direct number and their call center is trash you wait on hold for 10 minutes just for them to transfer you to the wrong person. I'm a new mom I need gas I needed to get food for my baby, and for my self but I have to wait for my own money this is so inhuman and unfair. US bank you need better atm machines and a better system because this isn't it. As soon as they release my money into my account I will be closing this account do not bank with them. Worse bank ever.
