The Pros:
-Price (very affordable and utilities were reasonable)
-Location (loved being able to walk to Old Folsom/Sutter street)
-Safe and neighbors are friendly
The Cons:
-Its an older complex and my unit had aging appliances (functionally they were fine)
-No A/C in the bedroom made for warm evenings in summer (could be fixed by just buying a swamp cooler)
Overall, the Pros outweigh the Cons and I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for affordable rent in Folsom.
