Preserve at Blue Ravine Apartments

After the manager, Josh (I believe his name is), was extremely rude and actually Yelled at one of my income sources, he threw a temper tantrum when I confronted him about it. He continually interrupted while I calmly tried to explain that his bad behavior was not okay with me, he folded his arms up to his chin, repeating, What do you want to say huh? What do you want to say huh? Because of him and his unprofessionalism, I chose to move elsewhere where residents are treated with respect. I have a friend who lived there and had her apartment professionally cleaned when she moved out and was not given any of her deposit back. They are notorious for this. An all around bad place.

Was happy with the area and the unit - specifically came in 1 month early to pay rent because I would be out of town for the holidays , I asked how much and they told me . Too easy to be true . Had a small balance I would have happily paid but since it was 2 WHOLE dollars too much , I now have to pay them an extra 75$ late fee . I asked if they would remove it since it was a small amount but they refused . As a single mom with 2 kids during the holidays this is frustrating as I specifically paid a month early to avoid this . Very turned off by this experience
