Forestwood at Folsom Family Apartments | Affordable Apartments

I would like to know how to apply for this place? I went multiple times months ago. The times I went I was told that the apartments had no vacancies. I asked about putting an application and the guy told me no they couldn't because there was no vacancy. Then I asked if there was a waiting list and if I could put an application and he said no because there was no waiting list. He said he's had like the same tenants for years and years he said once people get low income housing they don't want to give it up so he said they stay there for as long as possible. Which is probably true. But I would like to know how does someone go about trying to get low income housing maybe even not just here but in general.

Apartments are clean everything about is good, good people and manager is vey nice and helpful he always helps us and listens to everyone and the and the maintenance is nice

I had a Wonderful experience from the beginning of my application process to move-in day. To be honest the Management with Mr. Donald the complex manager is outstanding he is very professional and helpful, It's an excellent team and its an amazing place to live. Thank you!
