Seniors Beware!!! This Branch took my Husband's Disability money, told us their system went down in the middle of the transaction and they couldn't give him his money. They said it would be returned to his Debit card within 3 day's! It's been a week today. The Manager Rosa, said it's out her hands and she can't give him his money. We have contacted the Corporate office who is now conducting an Investigation. Is someone taking money from Senior Citizens at this branch? Is this a scam? How does this happen with all of the technology now. It's been tracked to this branch we know they received the money!! Why dont they give it to him? We have bills to pay!! This is unacceptable. We are horrified that no one is being held accountable for taking our money. This is their fault not ours. I cant believe this we have been banking with them for a long time and they dont seem to be in any hurry to resolve this issue. I cannot recommend this bank or its employees any longer. Are they stealing from their customers?
