In order to get a certain game they force you to reserve it in advance, or else they might not get the game in at all. I reserved and paid in full in advance to guarantee a game. The day of release came and they didn't have it! But yet Target did. So I got my money back from gamestop and bought it at Target. Gamestop back in the day was great but now they are just a pathetic joke.

Came to this store because no one showed up to open the San Marcos location on Grand. They were supposed to open at 11am and after waiting until 1135am I gave up. When I arrived at this location I was pretty irritated because I needed to fix an issue with my sons pro account (caused by the San Marcos location). Cory was FANTASTIC! Not only did she resolve the issue entirely with a smile on her face she did it all while balancing busy phone lines, other customer complaints and multiple customers needing assistance in store. What a great employee who deserves recognition from GameStop leadership. Thank you for turning my experience around entirely!
