Amazing customer service and the lady that helped me was so cute too. She was a pleasure to work with and so friendly. I had so much fun shipping my packages and she helped me with my label for a return that I could not figure out. Amazing service Ill be back for sure!

I was excited to be able to FedEx letters from this location, which is about 1.4 miles closer than another option. I mail a lot of shareholder proposals using FedEx to companies around the country so that I can track and deliver. Several times I confirmed with staff there that they charged the same rate for delivery as the freestanding FedEx down Laguna. Recently, they told me the cost was $65 for a letter to get the the East Coast in about 7 days, as I recall. That just seemed like too much. I went to the FedEx facility, and they charged less than $15. It is fine with me if they want to charge 4 times as much for the same service. What I am angry about is the lying. I now see the response from the owner. This was not an "applies to oranges comparison." It was for the same service. I've filed hundreds of shareholder proposals. The object is always to get the proposal and cover letter to the company's corporate secretary by the required date. Again, your service was $50 more than the same with FedEx down the street. I certainly didn't send it via FedEx Ground. I only used Mail & More a few times, and I'm sure you can understand why. I don't like throwing money away, and I don't like being lied to, either in person or online, as a backhanded apology.

I very rarely leave reviews, but in this instance I felt it necessary to air a complaint with this business. It is sad to see all of these good reviews, which is why I chose this business in the first place, which now in hindsight, I greatly regret because of the headache this place has caused me. I came here first in April to get my passport photo and Live Scan finger prints for my Notary Commission. Although the person assisting me was very nice, she typed in my social security number wrong. This caused a delay in receiving my Commission paperwork (finally sent in at the end of September) and hours spent on the phone trying to find out what was causing the delay. Once I finally received my Commission I was transitioning to a new job. I could not take time off this new job to go to the County Clerk's office to get my oath administered/commission notarized so I came back to Mail and More because they have notary services on the weekend and file my bond/commission by mail. The notary that helped me failed to notarize my document correctly, and even worse, as I watched her, knew she was probably doing it incorrectly, but I put my trust into people and assume they are performing their jobs competently - therefore I did not say anything. I mailed my documents from there to the County Clerk only to have them returned 5 days later and rejected with no time remaining to file my Notary Commission. I am visiting the County Clerk's office before the last minute deadline praying that somehow I can still file in person, that is if they will excuse the mistake. If they will not let me file it will cost me another nearly $100+ for a new application and Live Scan/photo all at no fault of my own that I missed the deadline. I am very frustrated and unfortunately will be filing a complaint with the Secretary of State's office. I am glad that my Notary Commission is not my sole livelihood or the main source of business for me because all the incompetency could have cost so much more.
