I was given a appointment for 8.15am and the office doesn't open till 10.30am. Seriously....wasting peoples time.

Every occasion that I have gone there to mail something with one exception I usually just find the line extended to the PO Box area and I turn around and leave. One saving grace is the machine when it is functioning but theres only one and the location is right where the line is and too cramped to use comfortably. This is not unique to this location Florin is as bad if not worse and their machine is broken

Went here to apply for passports, this facility does take walk-in appointments. I arrived at 5:30 am on a Thursday, 18 people were already in line. The first person in line reported that they had shown up at 2 am. At 10:30 am a postal employee had started handing out ticket numbers. I think he only handed out 25 tickets. The postal employee reported to me that only 2 agents work the passport applications at this office and they take 32 scheduled (I repeat scheduled) appointments a day. Every walk-in
passport application will be seen depending on how many scheduled appointments are canceled. He also handed out a clipboard to take our phone numbers down. My ticket number was 19 and I was seen at 6:00 PM. I was also the last walk-in appointment that they accepted. The office closes exactly at 6:30 PM. If you have minors that need to renew passports make sure to bring a current and valid picture ID for that minor (such as a school-issued ID). This office also has passport photo services. During our wait, early in the morning, some homeless people were around us and at times did harass us, but not in a major way. Target is just around the corner so a restroom is available nearby. Most people in line brought their lawn chairs. I waited 13 hours for my walk-in appointment, I was ticket 19, and was the last walk-in they took.

Made an online appointment and arrived early as directed... one hour later, I ask when my turn will be. They didn't even have my name on their list. What a bunch of idiots. So disfunctional.
