My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

I'm 41 years old and Dr. Chai has been my orthodontist for a couple of years. He is the best orthodontist I have ever had. He is very caring, compassionate, gentle, understanding, honest, and ethical. It is very difficult to find good service with a genuine smile these days and Dr. Chai has proven over and over again to be the epitome of this. Dr. Chai and his staff always accommodate me whenever I have issues and the actual orthodontia services that they provide are superior. Because of other dental issues that I have, I will mostly likely have to have more ortho work in the future and this is the only place that I trust to provide those services. Working in healthcare is not just about providing the services but it's also about connecting with patients and treating them with respect and this alone is priceless; as a result, My kid's dentist & Orthodontics Elk Grove, especially Dr. Chai and his staff, will always have my business.

I have had quite a few terrible experiences here. First when I was getting the mold for my braces, the assistant was jamming the molding tool into my gums and had to redo it twice until finally asking for someone else to do it. Not only was this painful but also had me gagging and tearing up. Another instance was when I went in for a regular cleaning, where the assistant was being really rough while brushing my teeth. At the time I didn't think anything of it, but after a few hours the areas where they brushed very hard became extremely sensitive. I couldn't chew and even at the slightest touch they hurt.

Every appointment my kids go they always find something to charge to you even they take a looks my kids teeth 4 months nothing done to my kids teeth always a new charge here and there my bill starts at $400 and now my bills is $2000 OMG plz dont do that to your customers. If you dont believes me find out it your self.

Super unprofessional Manager Carissa. Do not wish to deal with this behavior. She does not care to call back. Dealing with this issue for 3 months and she has no courtesy to call back. I would rate 0 stars to this office.
