Great staff. Front desk can do better at communicating but the back team is always awesome to my daughter.

My daughters see Dr Tya and Marissa and I cant even begin to explain how amazing they are. My kids love coming to see Dr Tya. She goes above and beyond And always makes sure my kids are comfortable. My kids look forward to coming to see dr Tya! And Marissa is nothing but nice and super sweet to my kids every time we have been there. I recently moved out of Elk Grove and I will continuing to travel 40 mins to come to her! Highly recommend dr Tya!

I took my 8 yrs old daughters there for a cleaning today and the girl named Jana or Janie that clean my daughters teeth was being so unprofessional. She kept complaining about my daughters high genes. She told me and my daughter once, twice, we got it. But when another assistant asked me how many time does my daughter brush her teeth and I told her I told my daughter to brush her teeth everyday, so one or two times a day, but maybe she just didnt do a good job at cleaning her teeth. Then that girl responded with a rude response and wanted my daughter to admit that she never brushes her teeth. She got my daughter scared that my daughter didnt want to talk no more. She treated my daughter like a nasty adult. She flossed my daughters teeth like she was mad because my daughter has crowed teeth. Then she went on and told the Dr about my daughter for a long time. The way she treated my daughter was not professional at all. She needs to learn how to treat little kids better whether they have thirty teeth are not.
