I scheduled appointment at 7:30 but service does not open until 8:00. This should be updated on the website. Besides that I give an A+ to my customer service agent and the service team. Everyone was professional with a positive attitude,. The lounge was comfortable good space and internet to do work while I wait. Receiving a video of the inspection was wonderful! It instantly gave me a piece of mind that everything was done. I live in Stockton and will always go back to the dealership to have my vehicle serviced. I worked with Vann in sales to purchase my new used car. He was great to work with and didn't give off the slimy salesman vibe. Vann and the sales/finance team definitely deserve 5 stars, and I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because the service department's communication re: my due bill repair was kind of poor. They fixed the issue as per the due bill, however, texted that the "due bill guy" wasn't there and when he was in he'd give me a call, which made it sound like it wasn't repaired. No one came to speak with me letting me know it was actually repaired and ready to go. All said and done, my car is great and I'd definitely work with the sales team again!
