Afraid I can't recommend shopping here. I bought a Forte here a few months ago and I was forced to pay an extra $1300 for Cilajet (which is a coating that protects the paint and clearcoat). I can tell you from experience (I've sold Cilajet for years) that there was no Cilajet or other protective coating on this car. The clearcoat is already flaking off in several places and it doesn't have the hydrophobic properties of Cilajet. I talked to the finance department about refunding the $1300 of blatant fraud, they said they'd check the RO (workorder) and see if it was applied, and then they never called back.

Was in contact with kia for a few weeks, they were really trying to get me to come in and check their cars but I told them my situation as well I am a Healthcare worker n with rebuilding credit, but Eric kept saying oh we have deals and specials going on even tho I wasn't 100 % into giving in, I took a leap a faith and try their credit application cause I was told they try their best n less then a hour I get a email saying they can't do nothing for me n made my credit score go lower, so this place is a WASTE of time and lies with promises and deals that they can't deliver on.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I knew what I wanted, they had it at a price that worked. I've been in a couple of times with the service center, they have been great

Austin was amazing! We drove up and was instantly greeted by Austin. We told him what car we wanted and the little situation I was having. Austin was super helpful & honest with us about our available options so we could decide or be prepared for the outcome. Overall, the team & staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Austin listened to our requests and did the best he could to accommodate for us! Super happy about the whole experience, especially the fact that Austin wasn’t pushing for us to get a different model car. Sandy, the director was also super funny & helpful. She explained all the legal details and whatnot for us, making the signing process fast & quick. I also appreciated the team for also changing my key fob battery when I came back after 20 minutes. Super friendly & professional service.
