The Friendly Call That Started It All About two months before my car lease was due to mature, I received a friendly call from Briana Carroll, the Acquisition Manager at Mazda of Elk Grove. Her warm invitation to visit the dealership caught me by surpriseI had previously leased a car with them, but this proactive outreach truly impressed me. Briana listened attentively as I outlined my requirements for my next car lease. Her genuine interest set the tone for what was to come. A Warm Welcome and Genuine Hospitality On March 31st, 2024, I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Christian Gonzales. He welcomed both me and my mom to the cozy lobby, where freshly brewed coffee and refreshing water awaited us. The atmosphere was inviting, and it was evident that Mazda of Elk Grove values every customer. No one was ignored; instead, we were acknowledged with warmth and sincerity. Meeting Antonio Salas: A True Professional Soon after, I had the pleasure of meeting my sales agent, Antonio Salas. Antonios professionalism and enthusiasm were immediately apparent. He whisked me away to the lot, where all the Mazda CX-5 models can be viewed. Antonios knowledge about the different models and color options was impressive. We test drove the CX-5 Carbon Edition, and Antonios engaging conversation made the experience enjoyable. No Pressure, Just Excellence Back in Antonios office, we delved into filling out the paperwork. I laid out my payment expectations and the amount I was willing to put down for the lease. To be honest, I braced myself for the typical high-pressure sales tactics. But Antonio defied expectations. There was no hard selljust a genuine desire to find the best deal for me. His efficiency, attentiveness, and personable approach put me at ease. I half-expected to reach for my blood pressure medicine, but it turned out I didnt need it at all. Antonio Salas: A Sales Manager Extraordinaire We swiftly reached an agreement. Antonio Salas is more than a sales agent; hes a knowledgeable guide, an efficient problem-solver, and an excellent listener. Working with him was a pleasure, and Im grateful for his expertise. If youre looking for a stress-free car-buying experience, seek out Antoniohes the epitome of professionalism. Sealing the Deal with David Bayan Lastly, I sat down with David Bayan, the Finance Manager, to sign the contract and paperwork. His efficiency ensured a seamless process, and I appreciated his attention to detail. David was also friendly to talk with and I was able to ask him questions pertaining to the terms of the contract. He also took the time to explain the process and described the purpose of the documents I am signing. I took the car home but realized that I need to keep my existing payment schedule. I called David back the next day. I was expecting to get his voice mail so I can leave a message but to my surprise, he took my call. He gave me some guidance on how I can work out my preferred payment schedule with the finance company. So I have a move forward plan to work out a payment schedule with the finance company. In summary, my visit to Mazda of Elk Grove was nothing short of outstanding. The teams commitment to customer satisfaction, exemplified by Briana, Christian, Antonio, and David, makes this dealership stand out. If youre in the market for a Mazda, look no furtherMazda of Elk Grove has my highest recommendation. They have the best people to help you and their sales process is very polished and no pressure. The whole buying/leasing experience is pleasant. I left the dealership with a smile on my face. Thank you for making my car leasing experience memorable!

My experience at Mazda of Elk Grove couldn't have gone any better. David Renard, my sales representative, was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and gave me true white glove treatment. He delivered the car to my house where we completed all the required paperwork. He then proceeded to walk me through all the car's features and help to me personalize it. I couldn't be happier.

This review is concerning the service department. My daughter took her CX-30 turbo in for the complimentary first service at 6 months back in July which mostly amounts to an oil change. Looking at her invoice it noted the wrong oil being used, 0w-20 vs. the correct 5w-30 for the turbo motor. Looking at the dipstick, I see the oil filled substantially over the top fill mark. I called the service rep and explained the irregularities, and she tried to assure me it was done correctly and just noted wrong and that the dipsticks can have variances. Still being concerned, she agreed to redo the oil change. It was supposedly redone, but the dipstick still showed the same substantial overage. At that point, I chalked it up to a wonky dipstick. Fast forward to last week when I did the second oil change myself. I could see that more than the required 5.1 quarts drained out, ultimately measuring a total of 5.9 quarts not counting the oil absorbed by the filter. Virtually a full quart over! After refilling it with the proper 5.1 quarts, running and letting it sit, I checked the dipstick and the level was just exactly where it was supposed to be. Its obvious the service department never re-did the oil change, let her sit in the waiting room for over an hour and just parked the car for a while in back, then eventually just gave it back to her still overfilled with possibly the wrong oil. What a crock! You certainly lost her as a costumer with this stunt. Additional (2/6/24): Mr. Shields, I'm not sure how you would have been able to contact me considering it's my daughter's car and all of the contact information would be in her name. She has no record of you trying to contact her. I attempted to call you on 2/1 based on your reply here, but got only voice mail which you haven't responded to. In the end it really doesn't matter if we talk or not. If I give you guys the benefit of the doubt that you really did redo the oil change, I would have to then conclude that it was done wrong for a second time as it was overfilled by a quart just like the first time based on the dipstick level. Still not a ringing endorsement for the service department.
