This place lies to your face time and time again. Management flat out sucks. Michaela does the bare minimum and doesn't give a darn. Sad to see a complex so unorganized. Homeless men walking around and no security. Walls have yellow coming from the walls.Find somewhere else trust me even though its one of the cheaper apartment's in elk grove it is definitely not worth it go somewhere else where management is good and quality of apartments are good.

I moved here to be closer to work and for a better environment overall. I moved in Feb 2020, so pool and spa were closed (we should've received a discount on rent because of this fact). I live near the courtyard and it was a nice and quiet place to live for the first year. Now, this place is going downhill. 1. Kids are running around and playing in the streets. One of these kids is going to get hit. Shaun used to discourage this. And Kids just basketball their trash bags over the gate, resulting in misses. 2. Music. Turn off your music, you're not the DJ here and we don't appreciate it. This applies to the pool too. Headphones 3.. People not only have more than 3 cars per apartment, but they dump them in open car spots for weeks/months. So not fair to the rest of us or any of our guests. Not like anyone uses their assigned parking spots anyhow. Management does nothing regarding this. 4. The pool is filled with kids that don't seem to have associated adults and have 0 respect for other kids and parents. Just let them run wild?  5. Laundry area has been a complete disaster. 2 /4 dryers have been out of commission for months. They keep plugging them in and charging people regardless. The machines themselves need to be replaced and the whole area needs a make over. One property manager is not sufficient here. The front gate has been closed several times without ANY warning for days. We don't get notifications for these closures? I still haven't received responses to several emails. I was told to move everything off my balcony literally the day before they were planning to repaint. WTF? However, people are friendly for the most part and my immediate neighbors are great!  It's safe, close to trails, shopping, schools, and much more.

I worked with Michaela Owens on signing my lease for my new apartment.  She was very responsive on the phone and through email.  She was very professional and knowledgeable.  The apartments look well maintained.

Thank you for always looking out for your Tenants Shaun! Since moving here you have always responded to my concerns and request Promptly and Professionally. It is refreshing and assuring having a Property Manager with such integrity and compassion, normally these 2 qualities clash  but you go above and beyond to make certain things are addressed and resolved always and I appreciate and respect you tremendously for that!Kindest Regards,Bobbie J Apt 1108
