Very nice and quiet place to reside.

I have been here 2 years and I love it! I always feel so much gratitude for the beautiful landscape, lots of trees, great neighborhood, the doorstep valet trash service, the gardeners always trimming and mowing, the parking lot repaved, the office manager Olga is fantastic, and the wonderful maintenance men are always sweet and helpful and come within 24 hr notice. 11/10 :)

I have been a resident for 5 years and cant say enough wonderful things about management and maintenance. The apartments are beautiful and complex is very quiet. Consider Lakepointe for your next move.

I just have great things to say about Lake Point Elk Grove. It is a good location and well taking care of it. Every time I needed something done in the apartment they were able to fix it right away and the front desk staff is amazing. I have to say Olga and Mihaela were amazing and were always willing to help and make sure everything was great. I would recommend this place.

This indeed has been long overdue . Perhaps because i am one of the longest residing tenant (9 years standing) lol. I am giving a shout out to the entire management team , the community manager Olga Ionita . She is very supportive , understanding and always ready to help . She is really outstanding! . A big appreciation to her assistant - Mihaela . For always ready to fix issues arising , always prompt and on time .You and Olga make a great team . This review also will not be completed without mentioning the mainteance manager -Atish Chandra He always goes far and beyond to make living in Lakepoint an exciting experience. Takes initiative and knows that very button to press to fix stuff. You all are the perfect team ! Keep making things happen at Lakepoint apartments ( four winds drive ) You all are highly appreciated! Cheers Funke .
