Jennifer Myers is a very helpful people person who makes things light and gets the help done UPDATE : On November 11-21 had some issues and true to Jennifer’s good skills her and I came up with a resolution we are both are happy with 👍🏻😊 Again Jennifer is an awesome person for the job that she does such a great job @ managing the complex! Thank you again .

I lived her for 2 years and it was the best apartment renting experience I've ever had. Super friendly staff. Jennifer the Manager was always super helpful and very quick with her responses. When I needed help with paying rent she was quick with a resolution that helped me out drastically. I would've kept living her but i moved back to the Roseville area. I loved it here

Beware! This "Luxury" apartment is a rental trap. Make sure to take pictures when you move in and move out of this apartment. This is our shortest rental at 8mos. We previously rented apartments for years and this is our 4th. We never had to pay more than $500 for cleaning since we left our rentals clean. Vasari si charging us $2,000 for cleaning, planks change and carpet change because of urine stains. Urine stains? We never had any pets and when we moved it was an old carpet. And parking is horrible, with the limited parking slot they also turned this free parking slot into rented parking slot. There are better and cheaper apartment rental around Elk Grove. Just beware of this rental trap. P.S. Now they asume that we have a pet as evident by the markings under the carpet which as explained are old carpets when we moved in.
