T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I highly recommend you not go to this store and instead go to a corporate T-Mobile and not a third-party retailer like this one. I went in and told an employee that I opened with T-Mobile in 2020 with 2 lines so I got one free and that I now want to use that line for my partner. The employee told me that a deal like that expires after 2-3 mos so I had to open a new line. My partner and I ended up going to a T-Mobile in Plaza Bonita a week later to get some help in transferring the like from AT&T since it was closed when we called. This T-Mobile employee at Plaza told me I had FIVE lines and that my line from 2020 never expired - he explained to us the difference between a corporate T-Mobile and 3rd party retailer like this and that the guy at this location essentially scammed us and lied to us about the line expiring for the commission of adding 2 lines. I rarely write reviews, but Im so glad to I went to a corporate T-Mobile and am never going back to this T-Mobile again.

This is the worst retailer I went to it, most of the staff hidden in backyard room, and you can hear them loughing, and they didn't serve the customers even with hello, I was there for 15 minutes and no one asked me " how can I help you."

Crowded. Not seating visible. Couldn't look at anything everything locked up and no one to help. I also just found out that Tmobile is monitoring texts. They have changed their use policy effective 1/1/2024 and will be fining customers $500 for what they deem hate speech, racist etc. The are also monitoring incoming texts from other carriers and they will not put the texts they deem offensive through to you. I am terminating my account with them.
