If they were zero star, I will put zero star for this place. I dont recommend it to anybody to go there. they charge a customer they lie ripping off people changing their plan without asking without any permission I got three brand new phones from them and they told me I have a credit of $199 I can use it towards accessories and I told them can I use it toward my bill they said no we cannot. I still believe them I said thats fine Ill get accessories and I find out they charge me extra $109 into my bill for the accessories so they lied to me and they charge me extra so please if someone want to get phone dont go there go somewhere else never go to authorized dealer go always the real T-Mobile store

They were LIARS honestly I recommend you guys not to go there because they gave me a deal on 5 lines and when I transferred the lines to this T mobile I had to pay taxes and I had to wait 15 days. After 15 days they gave me a bill twice as much as the first one. And I am still having problems with them they cut all my lines and I don't have the amount of money to pay every mouth. I hope you guys stay safe and I don't recommend cooperating with them.

Do not ever come here. Go to Coorperate T-Mobile in Grossmont. There's a stuck-up, stubborn, arrogant, and ignorant assistant manager here named Ashley. Very poor customer service and management here. Very poor upper management for promoting such a terrible assistant manager.

We report this store to Tmobile Customer Relation because their employees are selling products with wrong promotions. They need trained and supervision from upper level management. They can not ripped off customers and give this bad reputation of Tmobile when is an extraordinary company.
