I think this place is beautiful. The quiet and calm are very nice. Just a few rooms, I think 9, and the pool, jacuzzi and saunas are so conveniently close to the rooms. A very nice experience.

5/5 Stars Exceptional Stay at Lido Palms Resort and Spa Our recent stay at Lido Palms Resort and Spa in Desert Hot Springs was nothing short of exceptional, perfectly accommodating our needs during a construction job in the area. Despite our late check-in around 8 PM due to work, the woman working the front desk went out of her way to ensure we had a smooth and welcoming arrival. This level of understanding and accommodation was greatly appreciated. The room was immaculate, and every detail had been thought of, including the addition of an air mattress to comfortably fit our group of three. The front desk's thorough walk-through and explanations upon arrival added a personal and caring touch to our experience. We especially enjoyed the resort's pools and hot tubs, which provided the perfect relaxation after our long workdays. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the resort was a standout feature, allowing us to unwind in a serene environment. Located in Desert Hot Springs, the resort is slightly removed from Palm Springs but this never felt like a disadvantage. It offers a peaceful retreat while still being close enough to local attractions and sites. A unique and charming aspect of our stay was the traditional keys for room access, complete with mini pool ball keychains corresponding to our room numbers a delightful and memorable detail. Lido Palms Resort and Spa is a beacon of cleanliness, hospitality, and tranquility. It was an ideal choice for our work-related stay, providing exceptional service and amenities. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful experience, whether for work or leisure.

I hate giving poor reviews to small but I really did not love my stay here so I wanted to give a fair warning. This is a much more older, family oriented crowd. The manager is very VERY rigid with rules and check out times with no chill. She yelled at us for eating strawberries, doesn't allow any canned drinks (I would understand glass, but no metal?), charges an extra $20 per day just to use the pool. If it was just that, I would give 3 stars fine.. But their amenities are out of date and pretty broken. Half the jets on the jacuzzis didn't work. The temperature of the pools just never really was comfortable and very yellowed tile floor. They do have three pools (indoor jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi and pool). The crowd is nice but very old with no chill. I accidentally splashed someone getting into a pool and they were like "EXCUSE ME, YOU'RE NOT ALONE HERE" like damn, you've never jumped in a pool before or gotten splashed? So if you're into a much older, likely white with no chill vibe, looking for a quieter time, this place may be the perfect place for you!
