        I am speaking from my experience booking here with a travel agent. It's the only place I ever came across that requires approval from the property for any booking request. I am not quite sure what exactly is the point of the approval process. I waited for a very long time and still have not received any confirmation, I called the property and was put on hold for a very long time, got hung up, so had to call again and again to get hold of someone at the front desk. Then the staff informed me they had never received any reservation. So I called the travel agency, and was told me to wait 24 hours for the property to approve my reservation even for any last minute booking. Overall extremely frustrating booking experience, actually one of the worst and the most inefficient booking experience I ever had.
