I had stopped banking with Wells 20+ plus years ago. I had some business with them today and was really impressed, this is how I wish all banks are, excellent staff, very well trained ,experienced,clean, fast service, friendly. Keep doing what your doing.Maybe I need to start banking with them again?Very impressive (Smile)

I've been coming to this branch ever since the pandemic hit and the Wells Fargo ceased business in Safeway. I've been a customer for well over 20 years and never experienced this type of unprofessionalism. Today they only had one teller working, while 2 of the other employees where behind her chatting. The line had grown to 10 or so people. While keeping my distance, one of the employees yelled across the room to exit the building to stand on a marked section, however since the line was long and I could not go else where, I asked her to come out and do her job. I did not agree with the way she approached the request and was not my responsibility to crowd control. She said she was and ended up sending another employee from the back to address the rest of the customers. I later found out she was the manager. Give me a break, I don't know if it was my appearance but I strongly disagreed with the way she handled the whole situation and hope this doesn't happen again to me or anyone else for that matter.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I currently have a disability and they were super accomedating. I have always had a positive encounter at this branch. One of the bankers even knows most of the customers by name. If you can go to this branch, I highly recommend!!
