He was supposed to fix my door at 10am and then at 9 he texted asking for photos and i did not respond for 30 min so he cancelled and ignored my calls and texts.

Their houses are a joke! Extremely overpriced and ill conceived when it comes to layout. Absolutely no thought goes into their homes. I do not recommend.
