Definitely doesnt even deserve one star. Called his business to offer him a commercial project in his area was super rude and has no sense of customer service stay away to avoid a very negative experience.

Monico is straightforward, honest, and reasonable. His team completely renovated a room above my garage in Dixon, CA and installed new plumbing, electrical, bathroom, kitchenette, and flooring to make it a stand alone apartment. He only hires subcontractors that are respectful and considerate of your home. His bids were competitive as well. I'd hire him again any day. Strongly recommend.

Honest, straightforward, trustworthy. MOS did a complete renovation of a room above my garage. They added framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, and cabinets.  It was a huge job, but they made it look easy and gave a competitive bid. If you want a contractor that you can trust, choose MOS.

MOS Construction, Inc built my previous custom home on Vine Street in Vacaville and I was simply amazed by the detail in every square inch of that home. I have also seen the results of remodels they have done and the work they do is hands-down the best! No matter how small or large scale the project is, they deliver perfection!
